Application

Step 1: Preparation: Before using the product, ensure the surface is clean from dirt and grime. Wash the area with our Waterless Detailer if needed and dry with a cloth.

Step 2: Product: You will require a minimum of two Microfibre cloths. We recommend testing the product on a small inconspicuous area first. This ensures it wont harm or discolour the material you’re trying to clean.

Step 3: Application: Moisten one of the microfibre cloths with a generous amount of product. Gently dab or place the moistened cloth on the tar or glue residue allowing the product to work. Let the product sit for a few minutes. Time might vary depending on the stubbornness of the residue. Use the cloth to gently rub the area.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Other than non-compliance with the Warranty, Finish FX will only accept the return of unopened products in undamaged containers within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product and Customer’s pre-payment to Finish FX of all return freight and a 30% re-stocking fee. No refund may be issued until the product is received by Finish FX and Finish FX verifies compliance with the Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@finishfx.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Offers/discounts are excluded from the returns policy unless returned within 7 days of the order being placed.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
