How to use

Application

STEP 1: Ensure the vehicle is clean and dry. Remove any contaminants such as dirt, grease, or old wax using a suitable car wash solution and clay bar if necessary.

STEP 2: Apply a small amount of wax to an applicator pad or a soft cloth. Work on one section of the vehicle at a time, spreading the wax in a thin, even layer using circular or back-and-forth motions.

STEP 3: Allow the wax to haze over. This can take a few minutes.

STEP 4: Let the car wax dry until it forms a light haze.

STEP 5: Once the wax has hazed, buff it off using a clean, dry microfiber towel. Use gentle, circular motions to achieve a high-gloss finish.

STEP 6: Check for any missed spots and reapply or buff as necessary for a consistent even shine.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Other than non-compliance with the Warranty, Finish FX will only accept the return of unopened products in undamaged containers within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product and Customer’s pre-payment to Finish FX of all return freight and a 30% re-stocking fee. No refund may be issued until the product is received by Finish FX and Finish FX verifies compliance with the Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@finishfx.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Offers/discounts are excluded from the returns policy unless returned within 7 days of the order being placed.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
