How to use

Application

Step 1: Preparation: Ensure you have the necessary materials ready. Waterless Detailer and a minimum of 3 clean and soft microfibre cloths.

Step 2: Product: Dampen one of the cloths with a light spray of Waterless Detailer. This cloth will be used for the initial cleaning process.

Step 3: Application: Standing roughly a foot away from the vehicle spray small amounts of our Waterless Detailer directly onto the surface.

Do not over spray, the product should land on the car like a light mist. Allow the spray to sit on the vehicle for about 30 seconds. Using the dampened microfibre cloth gently wipe the sprayed surface in a circular or straight motion. The Waterless Detailer will lift dirt and contaminants from the surface.

Take a clean microfibre cloth and use it to wipe down all the cleaned areas. This is essential for removing any remaining product residues and ensuring a streak-free finish

Step 4: Finish: Using the 3rd microfibre cloth lightly buff all surfaces to achieve a lustrous shine.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Other than non-compliance with the Warranty, Finish FX will only accept the return of unopened products in undamaged containers within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product and Customer’s pre-payment to Finish FX of all return freight and a 30% re-stocking fee. No refund may be issued until the product is received by Finish FX and Finish FX verifies compliance with the Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@finishfx.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Offers/discounts are excluded from the returns policy unless returned within 7 days of the order being placed.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
